Downwind Group simultaneously launched two funds in 2022:

FIAGRO II (FIP), focused on acquiring stakes and investments in

Bioenergy Plants – sugarcane and corn ethanol – combined with

Clean Energy generation – wind and solar power, and

SOTTOVENTO FIAGRO III (FIDC), aimed at the anticipation of

financial flows from the buying and selling of commodities.

In 2023, the company launches an INNOVATIVE and UNIQUE project,

SOTTOVENTO FIAGRO IV and SEAS BRASIL TRADING S/A.
